There is a lot of misinformation surrounding reverse mortgages and I love educating clients, their family and financial advisors about the pros and cons of these mortgages.Before working as Reverse Mortgage Specialist, I was a HUD-approved Reverse Mortgage Counselor in Central Oregon with NeighborImpact. My role as a counselor was to help seniors understand the pros and cons of reverse mortgages, review illustrations including the fees and documentation required for a reverse mortgage and to provide certified counseling as required by HUD.
When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling with my husband, whether it’s in the RV or traveling to a foreign country. I chose to live in Central Oregon so that I could enjoy hiking, golf, camping, lake time and just being outside! My husband and I live on 10 beautiful acres outside of town so we are always busy with home projects and general maintenance. Our favorite past time is hanging around a large fire with family, friends and, of course, dogs!
